HGD20903 - FOOD HYGIENE
This course aims to focus on the fundamental knowledge of food hygiene and safety which will highlight on the implementation of GMP, HACCP, Halal certification and food labelling to protect the community. This course exposed students to all the establish procedures in food processing, food sampling technique and food hazard assessment.
