Upon completion of this course students should be able to:
- Demonstrate the understanding of human performance limitations in themselves and others
- Describe the relationship between maintenance persons and system with a view to improve safety, efficiency and well-being.
- Detect, rectify and avoid errors or error prone behaviour in maintenance practices.
- Discuss the relationship between sleep, fatigue and shiftwork
- Relate human motivation and psychology with the social environment.
- State types of error commonly exist in aircraft maintenance and relate them with error management.
