Learning Outcomes:
On completion of this module the students will be able to:
1. Analyse the concept of perception and attribution that will explain how and why people behave and how and why they react to the behaviour of others.
2. Assess how remuneration and career opportunities fulfil psychological contracts and motivate employees.
3. Evaluate and appreciate how stress affects individuals and organizations in achieving their goals and performance.
4. Analyse how work groups contribute to organizational effectiveness when group goals are aligned with organizational goals. .
5. Relate how effective leadership in an organization helps individuals, groups, and the organization achieve their goals.
6. Assess how to manage power, politics, conflicts, and negotiation in an organization effectively.
7. Analyse the impact of decisions made by employees to organization performance and well-being and how organizational structure shapes employee attitudes and behaviour.
8. Evaluate the impact of culture and organizational change toward promoting organizational performance and archiving organizational goals.
