HGD10603 - FOOD TECHNOLOGY
This
course is aimed at providing students with fundamental concepts of food
technology that focusing on food processing. Food processing plays important
role in elevating the self-life of the food, increase variety of food
properties and provide nutrients to the body. This important for the
environmental health student to identify the process and theory involved in
food processing. This course will prepare the student with the pertinent and
significant knowledge in the field of which they will apply in their future job.
