CATIA v6 PLM Programme

The topics that will be covered in this course are the basic principles of modern project management and the project planning processes. It also exposes the students on how to conduct the management planning activities that result in the development of the project plan and to control the execution process of the project. This course also provides a basic knowledge on monitoring the project iteratively, calculate schedule and budget variances, manage the critical path, team vendor, relationship, and monitor quality metrics.
