The course will provide a general introduction to research methods, as well as exposing the students to Literature Reviews and Research Proposal writing. The specific aims of the subject are to assist students to:
1. Develop an appreciation for research and an understanding of the nature of research
2. Develop the ability to make a logical argument
3. Develop the ability to synthesize new knowledge
