Upon completion of the course, students should be able to:

  • 1. Apply the principles and procedures for the laboratory management and instrumental analysis of food (C4).
  • 2. Apply knowledge from this course when execute the actual analysis of foodsamples in the laboratory (P4).
  • 3. Collaborate with team members in planning, performing and reporting ascientific inquiry/assignment related to instrumental analysis of food (A3).
