This course will introduce students to the fundamentals of feedback control systems. Students will learn about modelling and analysis of linear time-invariant systems, and their characteristics and performance in time and frequency domains. The main example is the design of PID servo controllers. Students will also learn stability analysis using bode plot and root locus techniques.
