This course aims to understand the theory and skills necessary to manage and provide technical support for all phases of building maintenance and repair. The curriculum will qualify a student for entry-level positions in a variety of technical occupations including building and industrial maintenance. It will also prepare the student for entrepreneur skills prior to graduation.
